A Life of Service
Eunice Lehmacher has spent more than three decades working directly alongside the people of Oconee and Pickens counties — in hospitals, classrooms, and counseling rooms. She doesn't just know the issues. She's lived them with her neighbors.
Oconee Memorial Hospital — on the front lines of healthcare access and patient advocacy.
High school math and science teacher who understands what our kids need to succeed.
Psychotherapist and owner of a private counseling practice — she built something, she knows what that takes.
Hiker, gardener, dog lover — a neighbor who believes that in a healthy community, everything connects to everything.
Leaders must have proximity to the people they serve to truly understand their struggles with healthcare, housing, and employment.— Eunice Lehmacher, inspired by Just Mercy

The Platform
Saving the South Carolina we love means protecting what matters most — our health, our families, our land, and our future.
The freedom to make personal healthcare decisions, breathe clean air, drink clean water, and live safely in your own home. These aren't luxuries — they're rights.
Kids safe at school. The freedom to read and learn without government interference. Parents empowered to make decisions for their own families.
Transitioning to affordable, clean energy. Creating good-paying jobs here in District 3. Preserving South Carolina's mountains, rivers, and natural beauty.
Drawing on her hospice and hospital experience: Medicaid expansion now. Affordable medication. No family should ever lose their home to medical bills.
Why Mark is Fighting for Eunice
I launched Mark for Change because District 3 deserved a real voice — someone who would actually listen, act with courage, and put people over party. I've spent years watching stagnation masquerade as leadership, and I've been waiting for the right person to step forward.
Eunice Lehmacher is that person. What sets her apart isn't just her 30-year track record in this community — it's her persistence, her optimism, and her genuine willingness to compromise. She's not interested in chaos or performance. She's interested in small, meaningful steps that actually change people's lives.
She builds relationships across the aisle. She's been in the hospital rooms, the classrooms, and the counseling sessions. She has proximity to the people we serve — and that makes all the difference. I'm all in.
